Our founders grew up on the "other side of the tracks," often unaware of the resources, networks, and opportunities available to help transform dreams into reality. Through faith, mentorship, education, community support, and entrepreneurial learning, they were able to overcome barriers and turn their aspirations into achievements. Having experienced the power of opportunity firsthand, they made a commitment to help others do the same.

Today, Time2Dream Foundation exists to empower Dreamers by creating and preserving safe spaces where vulnerable populations can heal, grow, learn, and thrive. We understand that before people can pursue their dreams, they often need stability, support, encouragement, and access to resources.  Our Dreamers include:

• Youth seeking guidance and opportunity
• Justice-involved individuals rebuilding their lives
• BIPOC community members pursuing employment or entrepreneurship
• Artists, creatives, and innovators seeking resources and support
• Individuals and families navigating life transitions and adversity

Through our network of dedicated Board Members and Dream Coaches, we work alongside Dreamers to understand their goals and connect them with mentorship, education, workforce development, entrepreneurial resources, wellness opportunities, and community support systems designed to help them succeed.

A key part of our vision is the development of restorative spaces where Dreamers can step away from daily challenges, reconnect with their purpose, and focus on personal growth. To support this mission, Time2Dream Foundation has committed land for the future development of off-grid retreat and learning spaces where individuals can regroup, recharge, learn, and dream without distraction.

These spaces will serve as places of reflection, healing, leadership development, entrepreneurship, creativity, and community building.

Our commitment to Dreamers extends to communities facing crisis and rebuilding.

Following the devastating Eaton Fire in January 2025, which impacted thousands of residents in Altadena and surrounding communities, Time2Dream Foundation committed to supporting recovery and restoration efforts. Through initiatives such as Saving Altadena Trees and the Altadena Give Back Ceremony, we are raising funds, preserving pieces of Altadena's history, educating residents about available resources, and supporting community healing and rebuilding efforts.

We believe recovery is about more than rebuilding structures—it is about restoring hope, preserving community identity, and creating pathways for future generations to thrive.

Economic and educational inequities continue to create barriers for many communities throughout Los Angeles County. These disparities limit access to opportunity and make it more difficult for individuals and families to achieve economic mobility and long-term success.  Time2Dream Foundation exists to help rewrite those narratives.  By connecting Dreamers with resources, relationships, education, mentorship, and safe spaces, we help transform aspirations into action and possibilities into realities.

Our mission is to connect ‘Dreamers’ to their dreams. We do this by bridging entrepreneurs to business, networkers to networks and ‘Dream Coaches’ to ‘Dreamers’.

Our vision is to ensure that individuals from marginalized communities and disparate, culturalized groups have greater access to opportunities for reciprocity and enrichment. We are committed to providing education and assistance in developing career pathways that support economic freedom and individual empowerment for the Dreamer.
